The Modernist Studies Association conference is organized in Victoria from November 11 to 14. This is excellent news for those who live in Vancouver: last year, I had to fly to Montreal but this time, the trip will be much shorter. My paper is entitled "The Modern Library, Academia, and the Canon of Modern Literature" and is based on archival research at Columbia Rare Book and Manuscript library.
